Firestone, Erie
Scott was drawn to physical therapy because of his interest in anatomy, physiology, and human performance. He is especially passionate about treating orthopedic impairments and improving the quality of his patients’ lives. Scott earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Wartburg College in 2013 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University in 2015. Since entering the profession in 2015, he has completed numerous continuing education courses and continues to pursue advanced training in orthopedic manual physical therapy.
Scott’s physical therapy treatment approach utilizes a combination of hands on manual therapy, strengthening, functional training and modalities. He believes that both the patient and the therapist serve as integral parts of one team to achieve each patient’s individual goals.
Scott was raised in Illinois, educated in Iowa and moved to Colorado in 2016. He was drawn to this beautiful state because of his love of the outdoors. Outside of the clinic Scott enjoys hiking, camping, visiting hot springs, listening to podcasts, and reading.
