Rebekah Montgomery comes to us here at PT of Boulder with over 16 years of experience in the Rehabilitation and Integrative Wellness Communities.
She is licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist with certifications and experience in Orthopedics, Neuromuscular, Thai Yoga Massage, a 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Certification, and an AcroYoga Solar Immersion under her belt.
Her discipline specialties are Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and Neurology.
Her manual therapy specialties include Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Cranial Sacral, Orthopedic Structural Release and Resets, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques.
Her Mindfulness Specialities include Somatic Release techniques and Breathwork through the Integrative teachings/education of Yoga, Western Research in the Neurosciences, Buddhism, Upledger Cranial Sacral, John Barnes Myofascial, Amy Weintraubs’s LifeForce Yoga for Depression and Anxiety, and Sensory Integration Techniques such as AromaTherapy for auditory and Energetic Meridian Points. Rebekah considers Yogic Asana as an Integrative Approach to Functional Movement and utilizes FM to increase Mindfulness tools, visualization, reprogramming both Body and Mind.
Rebekah considers it an honor to have worked with the diversity of patients and clients, providing a safe and intelligent space to grow, heal, and live lives of wellness. She has worked with Olympians, professional athletes, Stephen Balwin the actor (he was hilarious), spinal cord injuries, TBI injuries, stroke, anxiety (PTSD), and so much more.
Rebekah has enjoyed years of travel throughout the world, integrating her travels between work, play and study as an intentional means of evolving. She has visited almost 20 countries including India and intends to keep traveling.
