Nidhi Patel, DO

Dallas
At age 14, I moved from India to the DFW Metroplex. I went to high school In Keller and did my undergraduate studies at Baylor University. After earning my medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, I completed my residency in Dallas at Methodist Charlton Medical Center, where I served as Chief Resident, and trained further in integrative medicine. During my training, I started to seek out a practice model that would allow me to build lasting relationships with my patients and be a steadfast advocate for their well-being.
I met the Paradigm Family Health team while in residency, and it immediately felt like home! This Direct Primary Care model allows me the privilege of time with my patients. I need that time to better understand all the small, vital details of my patients and what their individualized plan looks like. Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi, with a working knowledge of Spanish, I value connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds and creating an environment where they feel comfortable and cared for.
