Nichole Graeber, FNP

Nichole Graeber, FNP is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She is a graduate of Walden University and has been in practice for over 5 years.

Mrs. Graeber endeavors to share her passion for health and wellness through education and coaching her patients so they can feel and perform at their very best.

Nichole enjoys living a healthy lifestyle by eating well and exercising regularly. She enjoys lifting weights, yoga and swimming. She enjoys travel, reading and spending time with her husband and family. She also enjoys giving back to her community through volunteer activities with several animal rescues in San Antonio.
