Louisa Crosby, MSN, RN, AGACNP-BC

Louisa Crosby is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Since 2013, Louisa has worked across a spectrum of healthcare specialties including patient advocacy, primary care, internal medicine, women’s health, geriatrics, trauma, and veteran care. In 2022, she founded Gannett Health Direct Primary Care based in Sheridan, Wyoming. Her practice is grounded in advocacy-centered patient care – guiding her patients to thrive with integrative, evidence-based, and novel approaches to whole person health.
