Kate Creaby, PT, DPT

Kate earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009 from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. She graduated with a double major in Geology and Anthropology from Rice University.

She enjoys working with a diverse patient population, athlete, and non-athlete alike. She has training in joint mobilization and manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, and exercise prescription; used in combination to maximize each person’s potential and return to function and recreation
