Jen Ellstrom, DNP, FNP-C

Jennifer was born and raised in Minnesota, and her family recently relocated to Utah. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Union College in Lincoln, NE. Afterwards, she worked as an RN for 7 years in a variety of areas including long-term care, transitional care, the hospital setting, and same-day surgery.

She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from The College of St. Scholastica, and she specialized in family medicine. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Jennifer has a passion for preventative medicine and enjoys seeing patients of all ages. Jennifer always strives to provide patient-centered, individualized care.

In her free time, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband and toddler. They enjoy hiking, biking, and walking their dogs.
