Jared is a corporate attorney with Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti and focuses his practice in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, with a strong emphasis on emerging and high growth companies. Jared received his law degree from the University of Colorado and his bachelor of arts degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Cornell College.
