If you or a family member have respiratory symptoms, including a cough, sore throat, fever or trouble breathing and/or if you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, please contact Nextera Healthcare in one of the following ways:

  1. Call your Nextera Healthcare primary care physician’s office you have established with and staff will assist with next steps
  2. If you are not established with a Nextera Healthcare primary care physician/provider yet, please call 303-501-2600 during regular business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) and our staff will assist with next steps and/or email us at memberservices@nexterahealthcare.com
  3. If your established physician is Dr. Flanagan, Dr. Wilcox, Dr. Nagel, Dr. Turner, Dr. Magruder, Dr. McCowen, Dr. Cook or Dr. Walker please click here for additional contact details for these primary care physicians

It is important that you do not come into the office if you are experiencing symptoms as you could increase the spread of this highly contagious disease in your community.

However, by having a phone conversation or virtual visit with us, we can and will assess your symptoms and come up with a personal care plan to help.
