While we help you to stay out of the Urgent Care and Emergency Room, our focus is on proactive, preventative care. We want our Nextera Healthcare members to come in and spend 30-60 minutes getting established with their primary care physician. Our patients know that they can come to us to help them lose weight, manage their chronic conditions like diabetes, prepare for their next 10k, or focus on strategies to decrease their risk of heart attacks and cancer.
