As the owner and founder of Nextera Healthcare, Clint Flanagan, MD, turned a passion for primary medicine into a care delivery program centered on caring and coaching patients to optimal health. Committed to blending personal care and attention with today's leading medical tools, techniques and technologies to ensure a meaningful patient experience, he is a sought-after speaker on the subject of direct primary care at the local, regional and national levels.

Dr. Flanagan, who is board-certified in family medicine, brings nearly a decade of emergency medicine experience to his patients. He is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the Colorado Medical Society and the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians. He also is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and a founding steering committee member of the National Direct Primary Care Coalition.

Dr. Flanagan earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Neb., and a medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed a family medicine residency at St. Mary's Medical Center in Grand Junction, Colo.
